Every breathe I take…
every time I blink,
everyday that I live,
I remember you.
With an incomplete existence…
with dreams so faded,
with a direction less path,
I remember you.
Never imagined one…
still living,
still going ahead,
still searching,
a life without you.
Contemplative, Reflective, Resigned – but not without Hope – Supported by Faith.

It seems to me that all of us have to find a balance between what is actually happening in our life, and the motivation to reach past it for that which we desire to happen. Equally important is learning to “accept”, with the help of the Lord, that not everything we “want/desire” is what we “need”. (Thank God, we don’t get all we want.)
Jesus gives us an example of this “way of living.” In Gethsemane He prayed, “Father, remove this cup (this horrendous way of dying) from me. But please, not what I want. What do you want?” (Luke 22:42, The Message)
It was with this kind of resignation to the will of God that allowed Christ to balance (or refocus) is eyes on the future God had prepared for Him.
In simple terms, following Christ is to stop following oneself.

It’s always easy in life to part ways from people forever, what makes it difficult is to ‘MOVE’ forward. . .!!! π

I agree with Parin, time heals everything in the end… But what we can do to reach that end sooner? Because life is miserable until that end. π¦

It’s really a difficult path. All we can do is look at the brighter side of life till then & Beyond.

Beautiful. This might earth life oriented, but it (the experience) serves to but parallel our primordial experience with God, the loss of His fellowship, His security forfeited in the first created being from whom we descend. Just a thought, not wanting to diminish what you have shared here, please excuse my (perhaps) gibberish. Thanks for such nice work.
