The Meditation!

“Meditation” is just not a word to practice but the experts claim it to be the solution to many of our problems. Like many of us even I tried finding many ways to practice it in my everyday schedule but I guess it has more meaning to it than just being described as the tool to achieve peace and concentration.

Meditation according to my experience is a method to establish a deep connection with our own mind, body and soul effortlessly! You really don’t need a fancy yoga mat or a breathtaking view to experience it, but just a moment of silence through which you can feel your existence. I feel the same when during my morning walks or the time I spend praying all alone.

It’s fabulous how these moments can cure the inner you without putting any external effort.

For me just knowing that fact that I exist and feeling of my existence is meditation.

Do lemme know your definition of the same and share your valuable views.

Till then stay happy.

Shweta.

  2. Spending time with The Lord in prayerful meditation, contemplation, coupled with a quietness, will often release us to sense the presence of God. Going into a period of separating ourselves from the noisy distractions of a busy world is vital to connecting with Christ our Lord.

  5. Good one . I too would like to share here my very recent article on meditation as there are certain things that you write not for acknowledgement but to reach out to maximum people. Here it goes :

    #AnsweringTheUnanswered #Meditation

While I am certainly not a spiritual Guru and definitely not an enlightened being , but I have every reason to be grateful to the nature or to the divine for helping me to be continuously on this auspicious path of seeking thyself for quiet sometime now.

The very purpose of writing this blog is to answer, based on my own experiences , based on what exactly I have actually felt and subsequently understood so far , some of the very basic questions/doubts which usually bother the beginners as I sincerely wish that whosoever flag starts his/her spiritual journey ,finds absolutely no reason to quit this path.

Hope you too will find this write up worth reading and worth sharing so that it reaches the right seekers
