“Meditation” is just not a word to practice but the experts claim it to be the solution to many of our problems. Like many of us even I tried finding many ways to practice it in my everyday schedule but I guess it has more meaning to it than just being described as the tool to achieve peace and concentration.
Meditation according to my experience is a method to establish a deep connection with our own mind, body and soul effortlessly! You really don’t need a fancy yoga mat or a breathtaking view to experience it, but just a moment of silence through which you can feel your existence. I feel the same when during my morning walks or the time I spend praying all alone.
It’s fabulous how these moments can cure the inner you without putting any external effort.
For me just knowing that fact that I exist and feeling of my existence is meditation.
